1. Consumer Registration and Commission Opportunities
Ehsan System is designed so consumers can register under the rules applicable to their country and, where eligible, participate in commission opportunities arising from genuine business activity and qualifying transactions.
Exact registration fees, required balances, eligibility conditions, commission amounts or rates, taxes, limits and settlement rules are determined by the current country-specific policy shown in the system. Different registration origins or categories may follow different financial rules, including direct-reference, upward-distribution, company-retention or no-reference rules where applicable.
Registration by itself does not guarantee income. A commission is created only when the applicable policy, eligibility conditions and real qualifying activity are satisfied.
2. How Can Long-Term Economic Opportunities Be Created?
Long-term economic opportunities may be created when consumers, businesses and digital services participate in real economic activity over time. The objective is to connect everyday purchasing, legitimate commerce, useful digital services, responsible advertising and future projects so that created economic value may be distributed according to transparent rules.
The model is intended to depend on real products, services, transactions and economic activity rather than on registration alone.
3. Technology and Digital Infrastructure for Businesses
Ehsan System is intended to provide businesses with digital infrastructure that can support customer connection, sales, payments, service delivery, records, communication and other operational needs.
Features may differ by country, business type, technical availability, legal requirements and provider support. Businesses remain responsible for complying with the rules that apply to their own activities.
4. Business Commission Distribution
Where an approved merchant commission policy applies, a qualifying transaction may distribute defined portions of merchant-provided commission to eligible participants. Under the currently approved merchant structure, the buyer may receive 25% of the merchant commission and the eligible consumer who connected the merchant may receive 10%, while the remaining portion is handled through the Ehsan System according to the applicable Overall Distribution Structure.
The actual applicable percentages, eligibility and distribution rules shown by the system at the time of the transaction govern the result.
5. EhsanPay — Integrated Digital Financial Services
EhsanPay is intended to provide integrated digital financial services within the broader Ehsan System, including supported wallet, payment, transfer, merchant and related financial-service functions.
Availability depends on country rules, licensed or authorized providers, banking or payment infrastructure, technical readiness and applicable compliance requirements. Provider charges or transaction costs may be separate from the amount credited to a wallet or account.
6. Ehsan Chat — Communication, Safety and Emergency Continuity
Ehsan Chat is intended to become much more than an ordinary messaging application.
It is intended to support private communication, useful digital interaction, continuity and safety-oriented features while respecting user choice and applicable law.
Important Information and Emergency Evidence
Where technically and legally feasible, Ehsan Chat may help a user preserve and communicate important information or lawful evidence relating to emergencies or serious incidents, including situations such as accidents, robbery, hijacking, kidnapping or other threats to personal safety.
Such features are intended to support lawful documentation and communication. They are not a substitute for emergency services, professional investigation or legal procedures.
Making Important Evidence Harder to Destroy
Future safety features may use encrypted off-device continuity, tamper-evident records, recoverability or other protective mechanisms so that important user-authorized evidence is harder to destroy simply by damaging or taking one device.
Any such capability must be implemented with appropriate privacy, security, consent, retention and legal safeguards.
Reaching Trusted People or Appropriate Destinations
Where supported, users may be able to define trusted people or appropriate destinations for important communications or emergency-related information.
Delivery can depend on device condition, connectivity, permissions, provider availability, user settings, technical capability and applicable law.
When a Person Cannot Speak or Explain the Situation
Future safety workflows may be designed to assist in circumstances where a person cannot safely speak, type or fully explain what is happening.
Such functions may rely on previously authorized settings, available sensors, device capabilities or supported communication paths. They cannot guarantee rescue, delivery or a particular emergency outcome.
Security + Privacy + Consent + Freedom of Communication.
7. Communication When Conventional Internet Is Weak or Unavailable
Ehsan Chat's longer-term communication vision includes resilient multi-path connectivity and graceful degradation where technically, legally and commercially feasible.
This may include storing important outgoing information securely until a usable communication path becomes available, as well as future support for alternative provider, device-to-device, satellite-assisted or other connectivity methods where supported.
Information Should Not Disappear Simply Because It Cannot Be Sent Immediately
Unable to send immediately should not automatically mean lost forever.
When immediate delivery is impossible, supported systems should aim to preserve authorized information securely and attempt appropriate delivery when a valid path becomes available.
8. Global Anti-Fraud & Scam Protection
Ehsan System intends to develop a Global Anti-Fraud & Scam Protection capability to help users recognize and respond to phishing, impersonation, fake investment schemes, fraudulent job offers, romance scams, deceptive e-commerce and other common forms of digital fraud.
Protection features may include warnings, verification tools, risk signals, reporting support and educational guidance. No automated system can identify every fraud attempt, so users should continue to exercise independent judgment.
9. Ehsan Chat’s Broader Vision
The broader vision for Ehsan Chat is to combine communication, privacy, trusted identity, useful services, safety-oriented tools and economic participation within a responsible digital environment.
The goal is not merely to increase message volume or user attention, but to make communication more useful to people and communities.
10. World Ehsan Social — A Social Platform Where Users May Also Share in Created Economic Value
World Ehsan Social is intended to be a social platform where people can communicate, create, share and participate while the system explores ways for users to share in economic value that is actually created.
Any user benefit must be based on approved policy and real economic results rather than on a promise simply for joining, posting, watching content or remaining online.
Advertising and Consumer Benefits
Where an approved advertising-benefit policy applies, a defined portion of actual advertising-related profit may be allocated for eligible consumer benefit or distribution.
The existence or amount of such a benefit is not guaranteed, and viewing an advertisement by itself does not create a guaranteed payment.
11. Responsible Advertising
Advertising should be relevant, transparent and responsible. Users should be able to understand when content is sponsored, while advertisers and the platform should follow applicable rules relating to truthful presentation, privacy, safety and prohibited content.
The objective is to create advertising value without treating users merely as targets for attention extraction.
12. People’s Time and Participation Have Value
People contribute time, attention, purchasing activity, knowledge, creativity, communication and participation to digital and economic systems.
Ehsan System's long-term objective is to develop structures in which genuinely created value can be recognized and, where approved and sustainable, shared more fairly with eligible participants.
13. Ehsan Chat and World Ehsan Social
Ehsan Chat and World Ehsan Social are intended to complement each other: one focused primarily on communication, continuity and trusted interaction, and the other on broader social participation, content and community activity.
Their development should preserve user choice, privacy and freedom of communication rather than forcing every activity into one mandatory experience.
14. A Broader Global Digital Ecosystem
The long-term vision is a broader global digital ecosystem connecting consumers, businesses, commerce, communication, social interaction, payments and other useful services through governed and interoperable systems.
Country-specific implementation may differ because currencies, laws, providers, infrastructure, economic conditions and regulatory requirements differ around the world.
15. Future Community-Based Institutions and Projects
Ehsan System may in the future support community-based institutions, businesses, projects, services or other initiatives where suitable governance, funding, legal structure and operational capacity exist.
Participation, funding, profit distribution, investment-like activity or project benefits must be governed separately by the terms, risks, approvals and laws applicable to each project. A future concept should not be interpreted as a currently available financial product or guaranteed return.
16. Our Core Economic Principle
Our core economic principle is that technology should help real economic activity create useful value for people, businesses and communities in a transparent and sustainable way.
People are not products of technology; technology should serve people.
17. Transparency, Responsibility and Global Applicability
Ehsan System is being developed for use across different countries and communities. Therefore, fees, currencies, commissions, eligibility, service availability, provider relationships, safety functions and other operational details may differ by jurisdiction and may change through approved governance.
Future-facing descriptions in this notice express intended direction and are subject to technical feasibility, provider availability, legal requirements, governance approval, responsible testing and actual implementation.
No income, commission, business result, advertising benefit, project profit or investment return is guaranteed.
Our Goal
Our goal is not simply to connect people through technology, but to make everyday life, business, communication and economic participation safer, more useful, more transparent and more meaningful. Not for one country. Not for one region. For people around the world.
